Bovine Breeding Specialist – Full Time

Location: Based out of Noorat, VIC (flexible)

We’re looking for a reliable and skilled individual to join our team as a Bovine Breeding Specialist. This is a full-time position offering variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to be part of a trusted name in livestock breeding services.

About the Role

This position requires an experienced cattle artificial insemination (AI) technician. The primary focus of this role is delivering professional on-farm AI services to cattle producers throughout southwest Victoria. Applicants must already be confident and competent in AI techniques.

In addition to AI work, you’ll receive training and support to perform a range of other tasks, including:

• Freeze branding

• Dehorning

• Semen Testing and Collecting

• General reproduction tasks

You’ll be working closely with a dedicated and experienced team, with the opportunity to expand your skills and responsibilities over time.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in cattle artificial insemination

• Confidence working with cattle in a variety of on-farm environments

• Willingness to learn new skills and perform additional tasks

• Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills

• Must be comfortable with travel as required
